About Us

History

We started to provide Visual Communication Solutions as integrators in 2004, adding our software pieces and hardware customization to create customized solutions.

We soon realized that in order to provide better service we will need to have full control over the products and started to develop our own suite.

Our first generation in 2005 was an on premise internal solution, the second generation in 2010 moved the suite to the internet and the third generation of 2013 created a platform for creating a wide range of visual communication solutions with customization capabilities for Signage and Kiosks.

Digital Signage in short

Digital Signage has two key components: Hardware and Software.

Hardware
Sign – player device and a monitor, there are many possible options; the player and monitor can be incorporated into one device, several monitors can be connected to the same player as one large display area or as replication, or any combination of the above.

The player device (Windows or Android) can be your own or you can get it prefigured from us.

The same applies to the monitors, you can use what you have or we can supply monitors and touch screens.

Software
Content Management and Scheduling.
To make it easier and to automate recurring tasks you may also have API (Application Programming Interface) that will share information automatically from/to other systems.

Our suite is SaaS (Software As A Service) meaning that you do not need to purchase software or implement updates for the editor.

The Signs configuration is encrypted and the content is keyed to secure the system from unauthorized manipulation.
If you have confidential information it can stay inside your network and will not be shared over the internet.

Signs Manager

Manage the display; holds the repository of content Items that you uploaded (pictures, movies, documents, spreadsheets, web pages, URLs, TV feed, etc.).
Set the layout of the screens by dividing them to areas.
Create content timeline for each Area.
Constantly show the template or schedule it to be shown at a desired timing.
See the status of the Signs and control them remotely.

Resource Scheduler

Manage the usage of the facility’s resources; meeting rooms, rooms with special attributes like sport arena with attached dressing rooms, outdoor fields, swimming pool, etc.

The Resource Scheduler provides a powerful scheduling tool that reduces the administrative time of managing the resources and keep the published schedule up-to-date.

The scheduler makes sure there are no conflicts using a resource.
Sport facility can manage games/rental of courts while paring them with change rooms so the teams know where they play and which change room/s assigned to them.

You can create usage rules, for example pair dressing room “A” with dressing room “C” that will automatically be assigned to the second team.

You can subdivide resources, for example the swimming pool is divided from time to time to lanes so some are used for swimming lessons and some are open for general swimming you can show the individual lane usage.

Manage work flow dependencies in the facility, for example attach an automatic cleanup time after specific meeting type that will be shown to the administration staff alerting them about their expected activities timing.

Using our advanced internal and external APIs, the information can be shown on the Signs in the facility and/or sent to a web site so your patrons can know ahead of time where to go, or we can get information automatically from your existing scheduling system and PMS.

Configurable rules set how long before the event to start showing it on signs and how long after the end to keep it on.

Message Board

Powerful tool to create and manage messages in real-time.
Create Rich Text messages and select which Signs will show them.
Turn the messages “on” and “off” at will or with an API triggered from an external system.
Once a message is not relevant you can either change it or delete it.
The messages may have to scroll on the screen due to their length or the number of messages showing, you control the direction, speed, and other attributes.

Using API we can incorporate messages from other systems allowing the automation of the process.

Kiosk

The kiosk provides the customer an opportunity to interact with a device that provides information or perform a task efficiently while reducing cost to the venue as less man power or time is needed.

One of the advantages of our Way-finding kiosk is that you can manage the content and configuration yourself.

Examples of Kiosks:

Personal sales aid – Shows the customer video clip with information about the product of procedure he’s interested in.

Interactive way-finding – the visitor can look for the store based on name or category and see a graphical representation of where to go (can also show verbal instructions).

In locations that host events like hotels and convention centers the kiosks can be linked to the events schedule, allowing the guests to look for their event’s location.

Kiosks can be managed remotely and can have customized reports such as which category or product search count.

The kiosk can also act as a Sign when no customer interaction is taking place.

Why would customer work with our distributor?
When working with our authorized distributors you will have one point of contact that will be familiar with your needs.
As our suite has many features (some customized feature are not be listed on this site) our distributors can help you tailor the system in the best way for your needs, starting from a site survey to suggesting locations for specific Signs. The distributors may provide the hardware and installation services, some have content creation capabilities so you end up with one point of contact for the entire life cycle of the project.

Distributors are usually geared more toward larger projects but can be a great resource for a smaller turnkey solution and usually assigned by geographical area or industry affiliation.

Why do the distributors work with us?
Our suite is easy to use and some customers get it directly from us but some larger customers would like to have a person they can call and meet on regular bases to discuss changing needs or delegate the deployment and/or management of the suite.
